The Eden Prairie Lacrosse Association (EPLA) will participate in the summer lacrosse league governed by Youth Lacrosse of Minnesota (YLM). The YLM forms leagues at the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U age levels. Within the 12U and 14U age levels, the YLM offers an “A” skill division and a “B” skill division. The leagues formed at the 10U and 8U age levels require that multiple teams from the same association be of equal talent.
The EPLA will form teams based upon the number of registrants and their skill level. Evaluations for all age levels (along with a mandatory parent meeting) are tentatively scheduled for Saturday, April 28, 2018. In recent history, the EPLA has fielded the following teams:
14U A – 1 team
14U B – 1 team
12U A – 1 team
12U B – 1 team
10U – 2 teams
8U – 1 team
